Convertios is an independent project, and every message is read by the person who builds and maintains the tools. Email is the fastest way to reach us.

If a tool gives an error or an unexpected result, please include:
- the tool's name or page address;
- the file type and approximate size (for example, "12 MB PDF");
- your browser and device (for example, "Chrome on Android");
- any error message shown on the page.
Please do not attach private or sensitive files. If a sample file is needed, we will ask for one you are comfortable sharing.
Other things you can contact us about
- Tool requests: a conversion or utility you would like to see added.
- Translation corrections: mistakes in the Arabic or Spanish versions of the site.
- Privacy questions: how a specific tool handles files (see also our Privacy Policy and Security page).
- Abuse reports: a short link created with our Link Shortener that points to harmful content.
Response time
We usually reply within two to three working days. Answers to common questions about file limits, formats and privacy are also available in the FAQ.
