Take out only the pages you need
This tool creates a new PDF that contains just the pages you choose. Typical reasons are sending only the signed page of a contract, sharing one chapter of a long report, attaching the single relevant page of a bank statement, or dropping blank pages that a scanner added.
How page selection works
- Open your PDF. Every page appears as a thumbnail, and all pages start out selected.
- Click a thumbnail to deselect a page you do not want. Click it again to select it again.
- Press split. The new
split.pdfcontains the selected pages in their original order.
Removing pages is the same as selecting the ones you keep: to delete two blank pages from a 30-page scan, just click those two thumbnails and split.
Splitting into several files
Each run produces one PDF. To divide a document into parts — for example chapters 1–3 and 4–6 — run the tool once per part, choosing a different set of pages each time.
What the new PDF keeps
- Pages are copied exactly: text remains searchable and images keep their quality.
- Page size and orientation stay the same as in the original.
- Your original file is not changed.
